eBay Enterprise, an eBay (EBAY 1.33%) company that provides services to retailers and brands, has struck another multiyear partnership. This time it's with SCA, a global hygiene and forest products company with brands like TENA and Tork.

The deal will have eBay Enterprise provide fulfillment, order management, freight, and customer care solutions in the U.S. and Canada.

As a $13 billion company with sales in more than 100 countries, SCA makes products from tissue paper to wood. To help drive greater sales across North America, eBay Enterprise will help SCA improve operations and customer care as it launches new products throughout the U.S. In addition, Enterprise's Martinsville, Va., distribution center will fulfill orders for TENA personal care products sold on the SCA webstore. From there, eBay Enterprise's Eau Claire, Wis., service center will manage SCA customer service needs.

In eBay's press release, Bob Wilson, SCA vice president of consumer sales personal care North America, said, "We needed a strategic partner who could deliver the solutions to support our e-commerce expansion in North America and the scalability to support our growing business."

The press release did not say how many years the deal was for or give a dollar amount.

Formerly GSI Commerce, eBay Enterprise provides similar services -- fulfillment, order management, freight, and customer care solutions -- to other companies. So far this year, the division has struck partnerships with GODIVAMEXX Canada, and PetSmart.

During the first quarter, eBay Enterprise contributed $236 million to the company's overall $3.7 billion sales.
