Compass Diversified Holdings (CODI 0.04%) is holding its dividend steady for its Q2. For the tenth quarter in a row, the company will pay a distribution of $0.36 per share, the company announced this week.
This will be dispensed on July 30 to shareholders of record as of July 23. Prior to its series of $0.36-per-share payouts, Compass Diversified paid $0.34.
In the press release announcing the news, the company said it has made distributions in every quarter since its May 2006 IPO. All told, it has handed out a total of nearly $9.60 per share, it says.
The just-declared dividend annualizes to $1.44 per share. That yields 8% at Compass Diversified's most recent closing stock price of $17.98.
