Bank of America's (BAC -1.68%) boardroom is becoming more crowded. The company announced that it has taken on two new directors, Clayton Rose and Pierre de Weck. The appointments, which are effective immediately, bring the total number of directors up to 15.

Rose is a professor specializing in management practice at Harvard Business School. Previous to that, he worked in various top management positions at J.P. Morgan, now a unit of JPMorgan Chase.

De Weck is also a longtime financial industry executive, having served in a number of top-level executive jobs at Deutsche Bank, Citigroup, and UBS before his retirement in 2012.

Salary information for either man was not immediately available.
