Intel (INTC 6.11%) today announced its quarterly dividend of $0.225 per share of common stock, or $0.90 on an annualized basis. This new payout has a 3.93% annualized yield based on yesterday's closing price and is the same rate Intel has paid since August 2012, after raising the amount from $0.21 per share.
Per the Board of Directors' announcement, the quarterly payout will be made payable on Sept. 1 for shareholders on record as of Aug. 7. Intel has paid a quarterly dividend to its shareholders since July 1995.
