Harte-Hanks (HHS -0.43%) is continuing to dispense shareholder payouts. The company has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.085 per share, to be handed out on Sept. 16 to shareholders of record as of Aug. 30. That amount matches each the company's previous six distributions, the most recent of which was paid in mid-June. Before that, Harte-Hanks dispensed half a cent less, or $0.08 per share.

The just-declared dividend annualizes to $0.34 per share. That yields 3.5% at the company's most recent closing stock price of $9.62.

The news comes just after Harte-Hanks released its Q2 results. For the quarter, the company posted revenues of $188 million and a net profit of $8.3 million ($0.13 per share). Those figures for Q2 2012 were $190 million and a loss of $105 million ($1.66), respectively.
