Real estate investment trust Ventas (VTR +0.84%) will be keeping its dividend steady this quarter at $0.67 per share, the company announced today.
Ventas has paid this amount since March, when the company increased its dividend 8% from $0.62 per share. The most recent dividend will be payable on Sept. 27 to shareholders of record as of Sept. 13.
Annualized, Ventas' dividend adds up to $2.68 per share. As of the market's close on Aug. 30, the company saw its stock trading at $62.26, which means its dividend currently yields 4.3%.
