Sirius XM Radio (SIRI) on Wednesday announced an agreement with FOX News to extend its carrying the news station through August 2019, as well as add broadcast of FOX Business Network.

The agreement will also add both FOX channels to the Sirius XM Internet Radio lineup for the first time.  The agreement between FOX and Sirius XM will also include adding FOX News Talk -- offering "news, analysis, listener call-ins, and commentary from popular FOX News personalities" -- to the SiriusXM Internet Radio service.

Sirius XM CEO Jim Meyer said in a statement that the Internet radio company was " very happy to be the exclusive audio provider of FOX News and FOX Business Network, and to be able to bring them to our subscribers, on satellite and for the first time through our streaming platform via our App and online, for many years to come."

Since the start of 2013, Sirius XM has seen its stock go up from $2.89 per share to $3.58, a 24% increase. Additionally, since 2008 the Internet radio company has seen its annual revenue increase from $1.6 billion to $3.4 billion.
