New York Mortgage Trust (NYMT +0.88%) is rewarding the trust of its dividend investors by distributing new shareholder payouts. The real estate investment trust has declared a pair of dividends, chiefly, a $0.27 per-share common-stock distribution for its current Q3 to be paid on October 25 to holders of record as of September 23.
