Health-care REIT National Health Investors (NHI 1.50%) announced today its third-quarter dividend of $0.735 per share, the same rate it paid last quarter after raising the payout to investors 8% from $0.695 per share.
The board of directors said the quarterly dividend is payable on Nov. 8 to the holders of record at the close of business on Sept. 30. The regular dividend payment equates to a $2.94-per-share annual dividend, yielding 5.2% based on the closing price today of National Health Investors stock.
