Curtiss-Wright (CW 1.14%) has elected to stick with its existing dividend policy for the time being. The company declared a quarterly distribution of $0.10 per share, to be paid on October 18 to shareholders of record as of October 7. That amount matches its previous payout, which was dispensed in July. Prior to that, it handed out $0.01 less, or $0.09 per share.

The just-declared dividend is Curtiss-Wright's first since it announced at the beginning of August the resignation of longtime CEO Martin Benante.

The upcoming distribution annualizes to $0.40 per share. That yields 0.8% at Curtiss-Wright's most recent closing stock price of $47.74.
