Over the past two years, initial public offerings have hogged all the headlines in the land of master limited partnerships. Outside of one or two big deals, we really haven't seen much in the way of buyouts. Last week, Kelcy Warren, CEO of Energy Transfer Partners (ETP), told Bloomberg that he expects all of that to change shortly.
