Will Ford Pass Toyota in China?

Ford's sales are up big in the world's largest auto market. But can the Blue Oval surge past giant Toyota before the year is over?

Ford (F +0.04%) was a late arrival to the Chinese auto boom, but the company has been working hard to make up for lost time. Ford's sales are up big so far this year, and the company just posted another eye-popping year-over-year gain for September.

Now, a tantalizing possibility lies within reach: Could upstart Ford outsell Toyota (TM 3.10%) and Honda (HMC 2.63%) in China? In this video, Fool contributor John Rosevear explains what's working so well for Ford in China -- and what Ford will have to do to blow past the Japanese giants on China's auto-sales charts.
