Financial-services specialist Tompkins Financial (TMP -1.22%) announced yesterday its fourth-quarter dividend of $0.40 per share, a 5% increase in the amount paid to investors last quarter of $0.8 per share.
The board of directors said the quarterly dividend is payable on Nov. 15 to the holders of record at the close of business on Nov. 4. The regular dividend payment equates to a $1.60-per-share annual dividend, yielding 3.2% based on the closing price Friday of Tompkins Financial's stock.
