Marvel and Walt Disney (DIS 1.14%) are going to continue to have success wooing top creators for its movies and TV shows, Fool contributor Tim Beyers says in the following video.
In a recent interview with Screenrant, Thor: The Dark World director Alan Taylor said of the Marvel process that "they are literally making it up as they go," leaving major elements up to discussion with each creative team. As such, directors are given the freedom to vary from an otherwise loose blueprint for phases 2 and 3 of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. That's a formula that should allow Marvel Studios chief Kevin Feige to attract top talent to future projects, Tim says.
Will it also pay off in audience reception to Thor: The Dark World? Tim answers this question and more in the video. Please watch now and then leave a comment to let us know where you stand.
