As usual, the speculation was rampant over who could be Buffett's successor. The smart money has it pegged as one of three guys: Ajit Jain, Matt Rose, or Greg Abel. Each man is incredibly important to one of Berkshire Hathaway's main subsidiaries and regularly receives praise from Mr. Buffett.
