Some of the fastest-growing restaurant chains today are of the fast-casual variety. Here are five with plenty of growth potential: Chipotle, Shake Shack, Zoe's Kitchen, Noodles & Company, and The Habit Restaurants.

Fast-casual restaurants have become increasingly popular over the past few years, with Chipotle (CMG 2.26%) leading the charge. But Chipotle isn't the only fast-casual chain growing fast, and the company will be facing plenty of competition in the coming years as smaller chains aim for rapid expansion.
