Satellite radio hasn't had a harmonious run lately. XM Satellite Radio (NASDAQ:XMSR) and rival Sirius Satellite Radio (NASDAQ:SIRI) have been pounded over the past year. And if you think that's bad, check out overseas operator WorldSpace (NASDAQ:WRSP). Those shares have shed a whopping 90% of their value since the company went public last summer.

For its part, XM has impressed bulls in its race to top seven million subscribers to its nascent service. But it's armed bears with brutal deficits, too.

So is XM a buy here in the pre-teens, or is it a Teenage Wasteland? Not all Fools agree. I'm this week's bull.
