Yahoo! (Nasdaq: YHOO) has rejected Microsoft's (Nasdaq: MSFT) buyout offer of $31 a share, and Microsoft has called Yahoo's $40-per-share counteroffer "absurdly high." On paper, Yahoo! sports a $41 billion market capitalization -- chump change next to Google's (Nasdaq: GOOG) $163 billion market cap, but five times the market cap of Baidu (Nasdaq: BIDU). And Yahoo!'s market cap still exceeds the market caps of Amazon (Nasdaq: AMZN) and eBay (Nasdaq: EBAY). But what is Yahoo! really worth? Motley Fool online managing editor LouAnn DiCosmo goes looking for answers in this installment of "Fool Video."
