Apple (NASDAQ:AAPL) CEO Steve Jobs and Microsoft (NASDAQ:MSFT) Chairman Bill Gates made a rare joint appearance this week. The onetime rivals had many a nice thing to say about each other. What's behind the new romance? Is it true love or a mutual fear of Google (NASDAQ:GOOG)? And what does Steve Jobs have to say about that dumpy PC guy in the Apple commercials?
