The company has three business groups: Commercial Hydraulics, Building Systems and Metal Forming. Commercial Hydraulics consists of gear pumps and motors, control valves and telescopic cylinders used generally on heavy-duty mobile equipment and other products such as hydraulic test equipment for military and industrial applications, hydraulic steer transmissions for military vehicles, mobile electrical power generators, hydraulic tilt and trim mechanisms for recreational boating & axial piston pumps and motors for industrial & marine applications. Building Systems produces pre-engineered single and multi-story buildings that serves as aircraft hangars, indoor athletic facilities, automobile showrooms, offices, supermarkets, factories and warehouses. Metal Forming produces metal stampings including tank ends and other stamped steel products. The company was founded in 1920 and is headquartered in Youngstown, OH.
