Building Systems produces pre-engineered single and multi-story buildings that serves as aircraft hangars, indoor athletic facilities, automobile showrooms, offices, supermarkets, factories and warehouses. Metal Forming produces metal stampings including tank ends and other stamped steel products. The company was founded in 1920 and is headquartered in Youngstown, OH.
