Winnebago Industries, Inc. engages in the manufacture of recreational vehicles and marine products. It operates through the following business segments: Towable, Motorhome, and Marine. The Towable segment includes non-motorized vehicles that are designed to be towed by automobiles, pickup trucks, SUVs, and vans and are used as temporary living quarters for recreational travel. The Motorhome segment focuses on a self-propelled mobile dwelling used primarily as temporary living quarters during vacation and camping trips, or to support active and mobile lifestyles. The Marine segment involves the manufacturing and selling of boats under Chris-Craft and Barletta brands in the recreational powerboat industry through a network of independent authorized dealers. The company was founded on February 12, 1958 and is headquartered in Eden Prairie, MN.
