Exchange Bank engages in the provision of commercial and retail banking services to individuals and businesses. It operates through the following portfolio segments: Real Estate-Commercial, Real Estate-Construction, Commercial, Loans and Receivables, Lease Financing, and Consumer. The Real Estate-Commercial segment consists of loans used to finance the acquisition of commercial real property. The Real Estate-Construction segments are the loans used to acquire, develop and/or construct residential housing or commercial property types. The Commercial segment is primarily for business purposes and is typically secured by personal property and in some cases by junior liens against real property. The Lease Financing segment covers smaller business purpose commitments used to finance an array of business equipment. The Consumer segment includes single-family residential mortgages, installment, and home equity loans and lines used to finance direct consumer purchases. The company was founded by Manville Doyle and Frank P. Doyle in 1890 and is headquartered in Santa Rosa, CA.
