<THE HARRY JONES PORTFOLIO>
by Harry Jones
(February 24, 1999) -- This year February ends after 28 days. Next year is a Leap Year, though. In 2000, February will have 29 days. I know this (and I had it written down years ago) because I keep track of each year and of the exact length of each season.
Though it isn't as important, I could tell you about the moon phases, too. I have a telescope that I've had since Halley's Comet. I always wanted one and finally had a good reason to buy it. Here you can see quite a bit at night, as you can imagine.
The S&P fell 1.4% today.
