Prior to The Motley Fool, Adam worked as an investment banking analyst specializing in mergers and acquisitions, as well as debt and equity capital raises, for software businesses. Following his stint in banking, he worked in corporate development for a couple of venture-backed technology start-ups. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of Richmond. Fun fact: Adam has spent quite a bit of time overseas, particularly in Italy.
