Motley Fool analyst Anand Chokkavelu reminds investors not to be like his father, who tends to panic during market volatility. Panic only leads to silly actions like buying high, selling low, questioning your eminently reasonable son.

Instead, it's a good time to monitor your stock watchlist for values. Don't have a stock watchlist? For shame! Don't worry, though: Anand shares three stocks from his list that are beginning to look mighty tasty. In the telecom space, he highlights the strong dividend yields of Verizon (NYSE: VZ) and AT&T (NYSE: T). For some international flair, he highlights tobacco player Philip Morris International (NYSE: PM) whose growth prospects can be had for multiples comparable to its slower-growing domestic sister company, Altria.
