Financial reform expert Ilan Moscovitz sits down with analyst Anand Chokkavelu to crown the member of Congress leading the race for the Volcker award -- the MVP when it comes to fixing Wall Street. This senator fought hard to limit the size and risk of too-big-to-fail banks like Citigroup (NYSE: C), Bank of America (NYSE: BAC), and JPMorgan Chase (NYSE: JPM), each of which remain too big to fail with more than $1 trillion in non-deposit liabilities.
