REITs are trading at some very intriguing valuations.

Real estate investment trusts (REITs) are required to pay investors 90% of their taxable income in the form of dividends, which is one reason you often see higher yields for REITs. The gold standard when it comes to REITs is Realty Income (O 1.94%), which is as consistent as they come in terms of performance and increasing its monthly (!) dividend.
