These two companies have significantly underperformed the S&P 500, but here's why they could be smart opportunities.
The S&P 500 has delivered a total return of about 17% so far in 2023, but there are some stocks that have been major underperformers. Two in particular that could be worth a closer look are Terreno Realty (TRNO -0.55%) and Vici Properties (VICI -0.28%), both of which are looking like bargains for patient investors.
