Portillo's (PTLO +1.88%) added Chipotle (CMG 0.79%) veteran Jack Hartung to its board of directors last week, and the stock got a nice bounce. In this video, Travis Hoium explains why Hartung could help Portillo's optimize operations and expansion as it enters its new growth phase.
