Not all stocks are expensive -- in fact, some are bargains.
The S&P 500 index is still just a few percentage points away from its all-time high, and many stocks in the market look a bit expensive. However, there are several areas of the stock market that are full of bargains, and here are five of my top stocks to buy on sale right now.
