SoFi Stock Is on Fire (Here's Why)

The Trump administration may sell $1.6 trillion of student loans, which would be huge for SoFi's business.

One of the ways SoFi (SOFI 1.11%) broke into the market is by serving segments of the market that no one else wanted to. Student loans are a great example of that, and the company is now a market leader in student loan refinancing. If the Trump administration sells a portion of the government's student loan book, it could be a boon for SoFi.
