Growth up and down the company's income statement has investors fired up
Booking fourth-quarter 2026 revenue of $339 million, IDT grew its top line 7% year-over-year. The company also succeeded in growing profits, reporting Q4 2026 earnings per share (EPS) of $0.87, up from $0.67 in the same period last year.

In the Q4 2026 press release, Shmuel Jonas, IDT's CEO, addressed the company's plans to further expand its global presence, stating, "the BOSS Money app is extending its geographic reach, launching internationally with differentiated features by country, including peer-to-peer remittances, a stablecoin-backed wallet with a reloadable debit card and other money management tools."
In addition to insights into the recently completed quarter, management provided investors with an optimistic outlook for profit growth in fiscal 2027. IDT projects consolidated gross profit growth of $545 million to $555 million, up from $496.8 million in fiscal 2026. Plus, IDT forecasts adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) to rise from $154.6 million in fiscal 2026 to about $178 million to $180 million in fiscal 2027.
Shares of IDT are priced at a premium now
After the company reported strong Q4 2026 financial results and issued auspicious fiscal 2027 guidance, it's no wonder shares are racing higher today. Prospective investors, though, may balk at the stock's valuation at 13.1 times operating cash flow -- a premium to its five-year average cash flow multiple of 10.2. Fortunately for those interested in fintech stocks, there are plenty of other choices to consider.
