Last week, the fuel cell makers were run off the road. They're still in the ditch today, down 15.5% as a group over the last 30 days.

Music and video stores are no American Idol, either. Stocks of these so-called entertainers have shed 13.1% of their collective value since mid-April.

And who's in third place? Ethanol producers. Investors in the corn kings and their ilk have been burned over the past 30 days, with their stocks down 12.9% on average.
