Motorola Mobility CEO Sanjay Jha recently detailed how the company is looking to change its product strategy this year. It plans on making fewer phones but focusing on refining their development. Some of its ideas, like the pricey Lapdock accessory, have been commercial failures. Motorola needs to improve its implementation on some of these initiatives.
