In a move that shocked Valley insiders and investors alike, Yahoo! recently announced that it is seeking settlement from Facebook for over 10 instances of patent infringement. Considering the massively beneficial relationship it has enjoyed with Facebook up to this point -- some might even say it's been riding on Zuckerberg's coattails -- it seems as though Yahoo! is biting the hand that feeds. Lyons and Isaac discuss why that might not necessarily be the case, and what a dispute like this could mean for both companies, and many more, going forward.
