U.S. stock markets broke out of their recent losing streak today. The past several days have been absolutely brutal for investors. Scared by perceived negative results coming off elections in both France and Greece, the markets opened on a sour note and had yet to look back -- until today, thanks to some progress in those same talks with eurozone governments.
