Consumer-goods editor and analyst Austin Smith debates whether to buy, sell, or hold RadioShack (NYSE: RSH).  With a cheap valuation, RadioShack looks as if it could be a buyout target, although investing on such rumors is not always advised.  However, mobile manufacturers, such as Apple (Nasdaq: AAPL) and Samsung, control most of the power and profit in the mobile industry.  As competition grows, including from carriers AT&T and Verizon, and consumers move online for purchases of high-margin accessories, this company looks to Austin like a sell for now.
