Things are not looking good for Microsoft only a quarter before the major product launch of Windows 8 and the surface tablet. Being so close to the PC market, Microsoft may be one of the reasons the PC market is in shambles. Companies such as Intel (INTC 3.34%), HP (HPQ -0.45%), and Dell (DELL.DL) are also being impacted by the overall PC market.
