Wal-Mart steals a page from Amazon's book. Will it work?

In this video, Austin Smith reviews the latest salvo between Amazon.com (AMZN 0.25%) and Wal-Mart (WMT 0.11%). Both companies now offer same-day delivery and pickup lockers.
