Shares of struggling PC maker Dell (DELL.DL) have absolutely scorched the market over the past several months, although that performance has very little to do with how Dell's actual business is doing, which is poorly. Rather, the company's shares are now firmly trading on news regarding the much-covered buyout and proxy battle under way to decide Dell's future.
