Premium full-service hotel operator RLJ Lodging Trust (RLJ -0.17%) announced today its second-quarter dividend of $0.205 per share, the same rate it's paid for the past two quarters after raising the payout 24% from $0.165 per share.
The board of directors said the quarterly dividend is payable on July 15 to the holders of record at the close of business on June 28. The hotel operator has made quarterly payouts to investors since 2011. The regular dividend payment equates to an $0.82-per-share annual dividend, yielding 3.5% based on the closing price of RLJ Lodging Trust's stock on June 13.
