EPS came in at $0.48. The six earnings estimates compiled by S&P Capital IQ anticipated $0.47 per share. Non-GAAP EPS of $0.48 for Q2 were 23% higher than the prior-year quarter's $0.39 per share. GAAP EPS of $0.35 for Q2 were 218% higher than the prior-year quarter's $0.11 per share.

Margin details
For the quarter, gross margin was 37.2%, 90 basis points better than the prior-year quarter. Operating margin was 8.1%, 150 basis points better than the prior-year quarter. Net margin was 5.3%, 340 basis points better than the prior-year quarter. (Margins calculated in GAAP terms.)

Looking ahead
Next quarter's average estimate for revenue is $351.4 million. On the bottom line, the average EPS estimate is $0.54.
