EPS came in at $0.46. The 10 earnings estimates compiled by S&P Capital IQ forecast $0.43 per share. Non-GAAP EPS of $0.46 for Q2 were 24% higher than the prior-year quarter's $0.37 per share. GAAP EPS of $0.33 for Q2 were 5.7% lower than the prior-year quarter's $0.35 per share.

For the quarter, gross margin was 42.5%, 370 basis points better than the prior-year quarter. Operating margin was 8.5%, 90 basis points better than the prior-year quarter. Net margin was 3.8%, 60 basis points worse than the prior-year quarter. (Margins calculated in GAAP terms.)
