Invacare (IVC) has chosen to hew to tradition as far as its shareholder payouts are concerned. The company has declared a quarterly common stock distribution of $0.0125 per share, in line with its long-standing dividend policy. The firm also declared a payout for its Class B stock amounting to $0.011364 per share. Both distributions will be paid on October 11 to shareholders of record as of October 3.
The just-declared common stock distribution annualizes to $0.05 per share. That yields 0.3% at Invacare's current price of $16.05.
The announcement comes nearly a week after the company announced it had completed the sale of its medical recliner unit, Champion Manufacturing, for $45 million in cash.
