Broadcom (NASDAQ: BRCM) will soon fire another shareholder payout down the wires and across the airwaves. The company has declared its latest dividend for both its class A and B common stock. This is to be $0.11 per share paid on September 16 to shareholders of record as of August 30. That amount matches both of the firm's previous two distributions, the most recent of which was dispensed in June. Prior to that, Broadcom handed out $0.01 less, at $0.10 per share.

Since initiating a dividend in early 2010, the company has disbursed a payout in every quarter. This has climbed steadily, from $0.08 per share, to the present level.

The just-declared dividend annualizes to $0.44 per share. That yields 1.7% at the company's most recent closing stock price of $26.04.
