Banking and wealth manager Enterprise Financial Services (EFSC -1.38%) announced yesterday its third-quarter dividend of $0.0525 per share, the same rate it's paid since 2007.
The board of directors said the quarterly dividend is payable on Sept. 30 to the holders of record at the close of business on Sept. 13. The regular dividend payment equates to a $0.21-per-share annual dividend, yielding 1.3% based on the closing price today of Enterprise Financial Services' stock.
