Shares of online radio pioneer Pandora (P) have absolutely exploded this year, rising an astounding 161% so far in 2013. However, its recent joyride could come to a screeching halt this week as tech behemoth Apple (AAPL 2.22%) is set to unveil its own Pandora clone -- iTunes Radio -- with the global launch of its iOS 7 mobile operating system.
