Global commodity supply chain company MFC Industrial (NYSE: MIL) announced today its fourth-quarter dividend of $0.06 per share, the same rate it's paid for the past five quarters after raising the payout 30% from $0.30 per share.
The board of directors said the quarterly dividend is payable on Oct. 28 to the holders of record at the close of business on Oct. 15. The regular dividend payment equates to a $0.24-per-share annual dividend, yielding 2.9% based on the closing price today of MFC Industrial's stock.
