Bill Barker

Bill Barker is a Senior Investment Analyst and Advisor at The Motley Fool. Previously, he was an equity and fixed income portfolio manager at Motley Fool Asset Management; an attorney and advisor in The Office of Investor Education and Advocacy (OIEA) at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission; and a financial analyst at The Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) at the U.S. Department of the Treasury. He holds a B.A. in Political Science from Yale University and a J.D. from University of Virginia School of Law.
