Snap's Stock Crashes as Apple's Policy Changes Crimp Advertiser Demand

Apple's policy changes make it harder for Snap to show targeted advertisements.

Snap's (SNAP 1.39%) stock crashed more than 20% on the day following its earnings announcement. The social media company is grappling with policy changes by Apple (AAPL +2.83%) that make it harder for it to sell targeted advertising.

Stock prices used were the afternoon prices of Oct. 20, 2022. The video was published on Oct. 22, 2022.
